Great service on time
Very good on communication
They did some body work on my truck. They did it within the timeframe they quoted me and they have pretty good prices. Communication was good.

They did my sister so messed up, i remember her calling me numerous times saying she paid for something and it was still messed up. Yall need to go out of business!

Sep 24, 2023Hello, Your sister's car has multiple issues and this was made very clear to her. The entire wheel hub assembly needed to be replaced like I originally suggested but to save her money, we replaced just the wheel bearing as the difference between the two jobs was a few hundred dollars. After that, we replaced her ABS sensor and ENTIRE wheel hub assembly FOR FREE. The brakes that she says didn't need replaced, did in fact need replaced, they were destroyed from the bad wheel bearing. To note, the new passenger side brake rotor will also need replaced again soon if the passenger side wheel bearing is not replaced as well. Also to note, when there is a scheduled appointment and you come late, it will take longer than expected because we simply cannot keep our lifts open waiting on customers that may or may not come after their scheduled times but alas, we apologize for the delays. This review still does not change the fact that there are multiple issues with her Jeep and items will continue to fail due to the age and mileage, as is the case with all vehicles but we appreciate the feedback.
My daughter took her car up there numerous times when Corey fixed one thing when she would go to pick up her car he would tell her something else was wrong he put her wheel bearing on backwards. My daughter was just distraught because she was spending money on 1 thing and she had to come out the pocket for another. And thing’s would come up missing in her car or it still wasn’t fixed right. They need better CSR skills to talk to the customer and let them know what’s going on with your car he was guessing on what was wrong with her car
