I highly recommend this shop for your cars mechanical issues.... excellent customer service, excellent prices, and I got my vehicle back and fixed fast
Our car broke down in KC, and my wife and I were stuck until it could be fixed. They worked us into a fully scheduled day, did a great job on the repair, and got us back on the road ASAP.

My explorer started acting up as most do apparently so I did some research and liked what I was seeing from KC auto. They did a quick diagnosis and wanted to have a better look at what was the cause so we scheduled to leave the car for a few hours the fallowing week. The diagnosis was a bad transmission along with a couple of other things that I was made aware of. I opted to get the transmission replacement and the water pump replacement since the engine needs to be removed for the water pump, might as well right? Up on completion of the work I picked up my car and was really impressed with how much better it felt and how it wasn't obvious that it had just been torn completely apart. But of course days after I noticed some stumbling around 50mph. And thought that the transmission was faulty so I called and was given a time to bring it back in. Turns out that I had some misfiring due to a broken spark plug. The cost from the previous repair set me down to where I wasn't able to afford the work on plug replacement even with it only being very reasonable. These guys went ahead and did all six plugs and only asked that I have a good day. Unbelievable in this world today! I will only bring my vehicle to KC auto and I will be there after I get finances stabilized to straighten out what they have done for me. Thanks guys you are a great company and wonderful people. Highly recommended.

May 24, 2023This is really nothing and standard practice around here. Who wants to spend that type of money only to have more issues? At the end of the day we will do what it takes to make sure you get good value and a correctly repaired and reliable car. Thank you for giving us a shot.
