We had a couple of rough patches trying to get my front seat fixed per a Lincoln "recall". It did get fixed after a few mix ups and the staff was professional when dealing with me on the issue. It was frustrating, but it did get resolved. Thanks!

Kirby did a great job communicating what needed repaired on my vehicle and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. Very professional and helpful. I will be taking my vehicle back to Lewis for any repairs in the future.

I have a 2013 Ford F150 and kept exsperincing problems using my phone with the truck system, then I was told Ford could update the system, which Lewis Ford did and the phone has worked great since.

I’ve been taking my car to Tyler for many years. Sometimes I work with other guys in the service department but I will say that I have always received excellent care for my car for whatever problem it had. Whitey and all the guys are excellent to work with and do a fantastic job. You won’t be disappointed if you have your car repair work done with them.
