My kids (26 and 18) were on vacation driving across Kansas headed for Colorado when they started to hear a funny noise coming from the chassis. They texted me not knowing what to do. I told them to pull in to Lewis Ford and ask them to take a peek and hopefully get them back on the road without losing much time hoping that it was something simple. The service manager listened to the noise, diagnosed the problem (a rock stuck behind the wheel) and had them back on the road in about a half hour. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Great people taking care of our kids while they are on an adventure!!

Tyler managed to help me out when I direly needed it and he was already swamped with work. I was on a road trip across the country and had a fault pop up and he made time to give me a quick run down and make sure I was safe to drive and gave some helpful advice. I can't thank you enough.
