2011 f250 6.7 powerstroke Had a small oil leak. Vance was able to determine where the leak was. They got it fixed and back to me in a awesome time frame! Did great work for me again! And I'll continue doing business with Vance Ford for hopefully many years to come!

Once the part arrived, the service department fixed my vehicle very quickly. They were friendly and easy to work with.

Disappointed again! This makes two services in a row that your team has not rotated my tires, but still charged me for the service! I’m done paying the higher price for parts and service for less satisfaction! I will be taking ALL of my business elsewhere from now on!

Kevin Bass was eager to make me a deal to get me in a vehicle. They fixed the brakes, shocks and change the windshield and put a new rear view mirror and cleaned the car all no charge to me!! I was very satisfied

Took care of me in a pinch when my truck broke down on a cross country road trip. Super helpful, gave me multiple options to choose from and quickly fixed the problem without price gouging me despite my desperate situation.

They took care of a few issues on our recently purchased SUV. Levi Boyd was very professional and courteous. They repaired the vehicle in a timely manner. I will recommend Miami Vance Ford for sales and service.

They are simply AMAZING, great prices, awesome customer service, quick to get you in. I have a dodge but the kind folks at Vance Ford is where I choose to go. Ask for Levi or Shawn they will get you taken care of with quality staff!! Did I mention they are good to call if a price is going to be different than a price quoted? Rather than surprising you with an outrageous bill. Keep up the GREAT work! Thanks GUYS
