I was referred to Dustin at Cole Vehicle by a friend, I had to get the inner tie rods replaced on my ride. He's personable, professional, and thorough. I appreciated the customer service and care provided on my car. Thanks so much. 27 April 2024 I want to update my review as I have more information since my last encounter. I went here for my inner tie rods last fall. I was pleased at first. However, I had a shaking start, again, near last Dec/early Jan 2024. I took it to my mechanic for another issue, who mentioned I had an inner tie rod that needed to be replaced. Well, after spending $900 to have both inner tie rods replaced months before. Imagine my astonishment it was an issue still. I took it up with them, saying, "No, this was fixed with the right one." They investigated, further, and said the housing unit which fits over the inner tie rod was broke on my right side. I asked if that would be noticed when replacing the inner tie rods. Their answer, yes, because one has to remove it to fix the rod. So, Cole Auto would've seen, right? I reached out, it was a Saturday. They replied right away saying they would answer on Monday after returning from the shop. Which was the last time I heard from him. I tried again a month later to no avail. I won't recommend again because after 4 months and a total of $2500 later, it's fixed, finally.

Took my car in to get brakes replaced… They did a fantastic job. Got it done quickly were incredibly detailed and nice throughout the entire process. Definitely will be coming back for any other troubles. I have amazing service!

Such a great place to take your car for service. They are friendly, efficient and they care about their customers. They don’t work on tires but were quick to refer me to a great tire shop nearby to take care of my slow leak in my tire. Thank you Cole. I will be back.
We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Cole Vehicle at the end of March. We were promised by the shop mechanic it passed with high ratings from Experian, and if any issues arose (within reason) they would take care of us. There were many cosmetic faults that were not disclosed to us on the phone that were found upon visual inspection. ( 3 cracks in windshield, front bumper damage, rear bumper damage, full erosion of rear window rubber, a large scrape extending 50% of vehicle and a chunk of pain missing on passenger door) We felt confident in that the shop mechanic/part owner had just driven the vehicle 500 miles round trip and had no issues arise. However, within 48 hours of owning the vehicle the transmission light and transmission failure began. We informed Cole vehicle immediately even including a video and he said he was not a transmission mechanic and to take to a Honda dealership. We did just that and they found a sensor to be disconnected, however they were not confident that it took care of the real issue and Cole was once again made aware from us and from the dealership of the status. As expected the transmission failure returned- still well within KS 30 day warranty. We took it back to Honda as instructed from Cole and they found the transmission fluid extremely dirty, missing seals and during many of the test drives they performed they found the brakes to be in critical condition. This lead to immediate replacement of brakes/fluids as well as transmission repairs. Honda again said this may not officially solve the transmission failure but to remain hopeful. Honda also said they would have never sold a van in the condition it was in. We informed Cole of the services made, included invoices and brake assessments and felt a 50/50 split for the bill was more than appropriate as the transmission problem arose within 48 hours of owning the Van and we were “under warranty” by state law and by overall good business practices. Cole vehicle is claiming they had no prior knowledge of the issue and denying any obligation to the failures. They are stating these failures are “maintenance” items. If we could go back we would NEVER purchase from these dishonest scammers. The “mechanic” clearly is incompetent to even assess brakes and they are not a business that’s good for their word. The van has spent more time in the shop over the last 6 weeks than it has with us and you can guarantee your vehicle purchase from them will include an additional $1500 bill from someone who knows what they’re doing. Unfortunately our bill was not at all compensated by Cole and we have more to come with a completely new transmission in our future. I will repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Jul 24, 2023Unfortunately, we were never given an opportunity to make any corrections or at least verify the complaints. We are and always will be the most honest folks in the business. Every single thing that you had a complaint about is considered a maintenance item or a normal wear and tear item. Most if not all services you had done were recommended by Honda per the vehicle mileage. We are disappointed in the end result of the transaction. If we would have been allowed to be involved in the check/repair of vehicle. Instead you had all repairs done without notifying us. You then attempted to strong arm us in to paying for supposed maintenance after the fact. We have and always will back up our vehicles. OUR TRACK RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

Dustin and Cole were great! They recharged my AC last summer in the hot month of July. The AC had a connector problem so Dustin quickly called Auto Zone to have one delivered like a pizza to their shop on Fairlawn Ave. The wire connections weren't so great, mended without wire couplers and wrapped with electrical tape. I like them both. Cole and Dustin are friendly and knowlegable and gave me a cup of shop coffee, waiting for completion. Thanks Coles Auto, you're the best! New news... I'm at work and noticed coolent dripping profusely from my tail pipe. I am most definitely gonna take my wheels in to have Coles Automotive diagnose the potentNews... I'll let you know what happens.
