I have taken my car here for years. They do a good oil change, which includes: 5 qts of oil, a filter, check and rotate all 4 tires, does a basic look around to make sure the air filter is still clean. While they always try to sell you a cabin air filter, whether you need it or not. They do a very good job. Comparable in price as most other places. They have a nice area to wait in, with cold or hot drinks.

We had a tire go out on the way back after towing a car trailer across from CA to PA, the other was bound to go out soon. I called tons of tire shops around off i-70 and no one had tires for my car! Called in to this service center less than 10 miles from where we broke down and they had a full set of tires for my AWD Explorer. With the spare on we were able to limp down there alright. My car got in and out relatively quickly and we were able to continue our trip no problem. Thank you to everyone who helped us get on our way!

We are passing though Topeka on a cross country trip in our motorhome. When we we're preparing to leave our campsite this morning we saw that our motorhome had a flat tire. We filled it up with air and called Quick Lane Tire to see if they could work on motorhomes, Colby said yes so we drove it over. Colby took good care of us keeping us informed of what they found out and how long we would need to wait. It turned out it wasn't the tire, rather the valve extension on the dually. We waited about 1 hour to get the part and have it installed. The waiting area is clean, and cool. We felt very good about the service we received here. This is the cleanest most modern service center we've ever been to!

Two and a half hours for an oil change! This place is not busy at all. At the 2 hour mark the man at front desk said it should be ready in 5 minutes. Then let me know they didn’t have an oil filter so it’ll be another 30 minutes. If you come here make sure you have nothing else to do for the day, eat breakfast and line up someone to pick up your kids from school because you’re going to wait and wait and wait.
