I've been with Doug's Service Center since 2010 and have not been more happy to utilize the experience again and again. This business is like family and very wholesome friendly. The only negative to me is how busy he is on the schedule (this is actually a good thing for him😉). I'm happy he is busy which means he knows what he is doing and that is what matters with vehicles! Now in 2023 the level of experience is no comparison to any other shop I've worked for or utilize for mechanical services. I've driven 9hours for service because its services i trust. I am grateful for Doug's knowledge to be able to figure out the most tedious things when they have gone bad. Don't forget to appreciate those who work hard for others 🤩

I went to multiple shops to try and figure out the issues I was having with my car. Both of those shops diagnosed the issues wrong. I then learned one of the shops that diagnosed me wrong was creating fake Google reviews. The shop manager created fake profiles or paid for good reviews. I was so frustrated. From my experience every good review Doug's Auto has is real and definitely deserved. If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would. A friend told me to take my car to Doug's Auto. Doug's Auto took the day to take my car apart and find the real issue. They are extremely knowledgeable and respected my time. My car is finally fixed and drives so smooth. Finally found a new mechanic. I truly cannot thank this shop enough.

Doug is great! Fast to fix, reasonable prices and just generally a nice guy. Will definitely take the 09 Odyssey back if she needs more help! Stay Local! Honest work and honest prices. Don't be fooled by the full lot, he'll get ya fixed up quick!
