Fast, efficient, honest. Reasonable prices. We had to wait a bit to get our car in but once we did, bam it was done! One of the best mechanics I've ever used. Highly recommend these guys. They are awesome!!!!

My 2011 Bentley Continental quit on me in Topeka, KS on 9/9 having driven it from Denver. I had it towed to Doug's Service Center at 601 Fairlawn Road, Topeka as they work on import cars. Doug called me at 7:30 am Monday to discuss the problem which was that the electronics stopped working and we couldn't get in the trunk where the two batteries are located. Doug admitted he had worked on many different import cars, never a Bentley but was willing to figure it out. He called Bentley shops in Denver and Omaha to get ideas on how to get into the trunk and in trying multiple ways one worked and they were able to access the trunk. Doug checked the batteries, one wasn't holding a charge, he ordered a new one, replaced it and it fixed the issue! I was rolling again on my trip to Illinois. I highly recommend Doug's Service Center for your automotive needs. Doug and his crew took on the challenge going above and beyond to get me on the road again.
As a long time Audi owner (20+ yrs) I find this shop to offer superior support. Doug’s team was efficient, reliable, priced well. And he has a great greeter! If anything you will want to meet Gus (sweet dog)!
Doug’s is fair priced and honest. I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.
Doug always does a great job and gets your car in and out quick as possible. Never had a bad experience taking my vehicle there, his team is a huge help also.
