Wonderful customer service from all angles! I would highly recommend using J&T auto if your car needs servicing or maintenance. They were very professional, explained everything they found very clearly, and the front office was comfortable and hospitable.

The Customer Service here is simply spectacular. Had a tire blow-out a couple hours from home, and no tools or jack in the car with me. The folks at J & T went above and beyond to help me get back on the road, and they did so- in under an hour, for a very fair price, and on a Holiday no less! They made a tough experience so SO much easier.... Id even go as far as saying it was pleasant experience. Definitely a cut above the rest. Thanks guys!

J&T performed multiple repairs to my 1990 Buick Reatta. It had been stored for several years with little use. As a result, it had several maintenance and repair needs. Additionally, they performed a complete safety check to ensure the car was safe and road worthy. When they were done the car ran great and I have peace of mind knowing that it is safe to drive. And. I was surprised when i saw the bill and the cost was less than expected for all that they did. They communicated during every step of the way by phone or text messaging and kept me updated on the cars status. I just had my car repaired and serviced, which it needed a lot to get running smoothly again. They did great work and the car feels nice. I feel like this company is professional and communicate well with you about things you need or don't need done on your car. I appreciate their honesty about that. We had our other car in recently and we thought we might need a new alternator. They could have replaced it and charged us, but they told me it wasn't needed and saved me so much money. I will keep returning here. So happy I decided to try them!
