We have had nothing but excellent experiences here. We had two tires replaced by then a year ago. One got a nail in it and they repaired it for free. Our most recent visit was yesterday; we had two other tires replaced. Josh was extremely communicative and helpful through the whole process. We will definitely recommend them to anyone.
Booked online appointment, then when I showed up was told it wouldn’t be honored. Lack of reliability = no use for them, especially given the large number of auto service centers in the immediate area.
Drop car off at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am appointment to have an oil change and brake check. Was told car would be ready in the afternoon. Called at 3:20 pm and was advised that my car had not been started on. Picked car up with out any work being performed and was given the excuse that a technician had not shown up for work and they had been too busy to call and advise me of the delay.
