Worked here early 80s. Nice
Under new management and i am seing lot of changes .
Now they are accepting Credit card and Debit Card
Took my sons F150 in to have transmission looked at. Jim was fantastic Getting it in right away. He did a very thorough job diagnosing exactly what needed to be fixed. After the repair he asked me to bring it back in 30 days for him to do a follow up check to make sure everything was good. Great service!!
Im only giving this place a 2 because I believe the transmission rebuilt was a sucess and nor giving me any problems but besides that. They told me a week and it'll be done took about 3 weeks and i kept calling for updates on my on. I kept getting the run around. Then they quoted me 2300-2400 and i end up paying about 3000. I chose them for what they quoted me. If i could go back in time i would of went somewhere else. Also they dont except debit or credit cards which was a huge hassle for me. I wanted to used my credit card but for some reason they only do money orders. Please dont come here and save yourself a headache
They accepted credit card and gave me 5% discount
Do not go here if you want your car to run once they are done with your car.
One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life with a car repair.Very rude and disrespectful. And my transmission is still not fixed after being in the shop six times since March 2022.
Beware! I paid to have a transmission re-built ($3500) After 1000 miles it wouldn't go into gear. I had it towed to Jim and he cussed me out saying that he had proof that I had abused the vehicle because he saw mud in the wheel wells. He also stated that the vehicle wasn't designed to tow anything even though it had the factory tow package rated to 5000 pounds GVWR. He lied to me and told me he contacted the dealer and that the vehicle could only tow 900 pounds. He took two months to try and fix the problem and charged me another $1500 for a computer that I did not need and after another 1000 miles the car would not go into gear any Again! At this point Jim thought the problem was due to not ordering OEM parts. He ordered the new piston from the dealer 2 more times since I could never drive more than 2000 miles without breaking down. He had the vehicle for 5 months in the first year and when I left he told me that it was no longer under warranty and that I should sell the car to someone else. Anyone selling a vehicle with a known issue without disclosing it can be held liable for all damages. Jim and his son Seth showed complete lack of knowledge and professionalism. The car broke down again and I just sold it to the junk yard because it wasn't worth putting the money into a new transmission.
