All I got to say is everyone there is amazing!! Our jeep had a death wobble, which we had trouble finding anyone who knew anything about it. But Carl knew what it needed. He worked hard until he fixed the issue. I recommend them to everyone!! Gonna call them for all our vehicles needs!!

Hey Google, wrong pictures! Casey's has two shops within shouting distance of each other. You're showing pics of the shop on Johnson Drive but this listing is for the shop on Beverly.
This review is way overdue. I was in major need of a new auto mechanic. Never going back to the dealership or worse a national chain that changes the signed estimate and have to back 4 times in 4 days to fix a leak that should have been caught day 1. So I found a top 5 list of mechanics, liked what I read about Casey and so glad I called for the repair. The price was exactly what he said and even got my suv back earlier than excepted. Awesome, amazing customer service definitely a return customer. Highly recommend! #1

This place is extremely overpriced. Took in my fiance's car because the check engine light came on and she said her car was shaking. After running a $130 diagnostics check (that took about 15 minutes), they quoted an ignition coil and spark plug replacement at $400 of labor for a task that takes 30 minutes and can be done by anybody with a wrench. Do yourself a favor and avoid this joke of a business.

May 25, 2023Avery, I do not have a problem with people writing reviews, but when they write untruthful things I do have a problem. Your fiancé has been coming to us several times and has had no problems, then you bring her car in one time and I’m not sure why you feel the need to trash my company, but let’s state the facts here. You were only charged $115 diagnostic. Our technician pulled the code PO300 which is a random misfire. The tech removed the ignition coil cover and the tech found the ignition coil connector lock was broken, the tech removed the ignition coil and noticed cylinder number one tower scorched the tech found cylinder, one spark plug scorched. Had you had all the work done that $115 diagnostic would’ve been part of your labor. The full price of the labor was $230, the rest was the parts. At no time did we ever say $400 labor. You refused the repairs stating that your father was a mechanic and he was going to do it. If that is the case, why did you bring it into us to begin with? You could have had your father diagnose it and repair it for you for free. You came to us because you didn’t know what was wrong with it. You needed a professional opinion our technician did just that, and they deserve to be paid for their time. It saddens me that people can go on the Internet and write whatever they would like no matter how untruthful it is. We are a family owned business, we are a small business, we are fair and honest, our labor rate is more than fair please check around we are not overly priced. We have treated your fiancé well and for you to try and tarnish our name by being dishonest, which affects all of our technicians who work for us who are just trying to make an honest living it’s just not a very nice thing to do. Please be honest in any future reviews. If you did not like us that is fine we can’t please everyone all the time but to be untruthful in your review it’s just the wrong thing to do. I hope you find some place that makes you happy and can take care of your vehicles. I wish you well. Have a nice day.
