First off, the truck was here for a year! 10 of those months you couldn't afford to fix it. Your brother wanted to put a transmission in from a junk yard. I let him know we can't warranty a used transmission, that he'd have to get a new one, or take the truck elsewhere, we aren't a storage lot. He chose to get a new one. Total for a new one was for $9828.00, which your brother paid through invoicing in 3 different transactions so he could put it on different cards. That's the ONLY receipt, which he has. He hasn't paid us for anything else. Not even the labor for removing the old transmission. Absolutely nothing was altered. There was a $6,000 core fee through the company, which I finally got waived up front for him because he couldn't afford it, but let him know if they decided to charge the fee after taking it apart, he would be responsible for it. I explained that to you on the phone when you called being rude on On Apr. 30th quickly apologizing stating you had been out of the country and didn't know what was going on. On Apr. 29th, he had told us to go ahead and order a new transmission and continue with the repair. You did so as well on Apr. 30th. On May 1st, he disputed the charges. I called you and let you know this, you stated you didn't know why he did that, and asked me to go ahead with the repairs. Disputes through square can take up to 90 days to resolve. I have no control over that. I'm not issuing a cash refund, when the processing company has the money on hold for a refund. It goes back to your cards. I explained that to you as well. You STILL asked again for us to fix your truck, and I told you no due to your fraudulent practices, and to come get your truck. "In the end" we had the truck removed from the property due to non pick up, and it is currently still sitting at the tow lot as I write this response on May 9th. I let them know to ask for cash up front, since you like to reverse charges and not pay. You can get mad your scheme didn't work and bash us, but keep it honest. Anything less than honesty is slander, and suable in court. ;).
