It was awesome. My car was completed and ready to pickup ahead of schedule

Repairs still not fully completed. Shop used to be the best in town. Quality and communication have really gone downhill

They would call and tell me it's finished 4 times. Then call me and tell me was not finished or send pictures of it still in pieces. And there are a couple of fit and finish things that was not taking care of in the 2 months they had it. And was not able to fix these things after I returned it and showed them. So, I'm sure there not capable of fixing it back to the way it should have been.

Update #2: 3rd day no car. I did get a call from Ricky explaining the situation. Today is going much smoother. As far as the glass goes i do have an unusual car and it's an issue to replace anything especially glass. I thanked Ricky for talking to me and letting me know what was going on. I should hopefully get my car back tomorrow. UPDATE:: Dale the owner calls me. Instead of talking to me and finding out my side of the story. I was told to take down my post or he is not going to fix my car. I have used Collision Repair for years. This is the worst i have ever dealt with. They have no idea what is wrong with my car even after having it for days. NO ONE called me to say hey I am sorry but it's going to be longer than expected. Nothing. Make a post and now they don't want to even look at my car they have had for 2 days. I have known the Eaton's for years. Apparently that means nothing. I understand they are short staffed like everywhere else but common courtesy just went right out the window. I had my car towed through AAA. The tow truck driver was friendly and prompt. Gave me high hopes. They said they would call me. I called at 4:45 friday afternoon. They said they would get me in first thing Monday morning. That didn't happen. I called Monday at 10am. They still hadn't gotten to my car. 1pm Monday. I called and they aren't sure what is wrong with my engine and THEY BROKE MY WINDOW. On top of whatever the engine is going to cost now I have to add $300. NEVER AGAIN!! No more Collision Repair for me!! Btw...still no car!!

I have been a customer before my accident so it was an easy choice to go with them. Great service as usual!
