Collision Repair Specialists, Wow, Excellent customer service, I needed a tow after running over debris in the I-29 hwy & damaged 2 tires, & rims, Collision repair specialists were dispatched through AAA, Christopher did an outstanding,professional, & efficient job, he called & kept contact on his ETA, & made extra sure my family & I were safe during the hook up & through the tow, although drop was close to 100 miles away, he did it with a smile, & conversations helped ease the stress of the whole situation. Thank you
Collision Repair Specialists are professional, detailed, and personable. The entire team works very hard to please. I believe the team there goes above and beyond to please. When someone hit my vehicle, Collision Repair made the process painless.
First let me say the lady at the front desk that helped me was so rude. Second I made an appointment to get an estimate for hail damage THAT I HAD NOT YET DECIDED TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM ON. But was told I couldn't get an estimate because my insurance wouldn't take it. I am allowed to pay for repairs myself without going thru my insurance correct??? VERY DISAPPOINTED I used this place in the past and was very happy with the work but WOW is all I can say right now.

I believe your provider is writing their own estimates for their customers. We will be more than happy to write an estimate when you decide the direction you are going to go. We offer writing estimates as a free service. We try to make this as time efficient as we can for you, your insurance provider and our estimators.
