While we were visiting our son in Ottawa KS, we needed tire service. After getting a screw in our tire. The team at this location was awesome. Got us in as quickly as possible. Didn’t charge us for the work. They were friendly and courteous and treated us like we had known each other forever. As they did every customer who came in during our short wait. Highly recommend this store!
These guys in Ottawa are the best. I’ve had 4 flat tires in 3 years and they always get me in and fixed up.

They lied about something else needing to be fixed before the alignment could be done. So I said do it. Cost just under $500 and it didn't need to be done. They also left the rims off the wheels and put them in the backseat. Not happy at all with what happened but life is life and it's not the first mechanic shop to try to rip off a lone female.

Justin was VERY helpful, polite and professional; he made this the most pleasant & positive interaction I've had with Firestone recently. And while I do acknowledge this isn't just a Firestone thing, how two under $60 tires can cost just over $200 to buy & install just galls me & makes me feel gouged every time I have to come in....

Fast and complete Mount and balance of my tires new valve stems and clean bead seal. Great price, and great value I believe. Good job guys

Excellent job, tech dialed in to recommended instead of just "in spec" like I've experienced with other alignments.
