For being Firestone their prices are higher on their own brand of tires vs competitors which is pretty sad

Only 1 tire shop in town and they don't do AG tires, even small tires. So I don't know if they won't patch tubes or what but when I said " I have a tire in the trunk of my car, that needs fixed, it's off my tractor" the guy interrupted me and said "we don't do tractor tires, you gotta go somewhere else" so I walked out.

Horrible customer service. They will up-charge and try to tell you things are wrong with your vehicle that aren’t. Took my car in a bit ago because I had a coolant leak, they tried to tell me I needed well over $2k in work done, and when I said no they said “congrats on your new, expensive lawn ornament.” Took it to another mechanic in Lawrence, and it was less than $500 and they fixed a problem with my AC that Firestone had been unable to diagnose. Don’t trust their prices!

Dropped off my daughters car at around 10:30 am to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. Told them the day before that she had to be at work at 3:30 and they said it would be done in time. At 4 pm they still had not gotten it in. Only when we went up there and complained did they get it pulled in and completed. This is the second time this has happened. Won't be returning to this location.
