Merriam Auto Body employees performed excellent repair to extensive body and windshield damage after I hit a deep pot hole in my Nissan Juke. Merriam's courteous and proficient Employees then detailed my embarrassingly dirty car with a magical make over! It looks like new and even runs better! About a couple months ago we had a bad storm and a SUV hydroplaned into me. Come to find out the man that hit me was the manager of a body shop. His name is Jeff Bard and he works at Merriam BODY SHOP. From the get go he told he would take care of it at no expense and that it would look better than before. Man was he right. When I got the car back it def looked better than before and he did it for free as he said, and he even put two new tires on my car. He also got an alignment done for me. Integrity is hard to find these days so to have someone of his character working at a shop that also does great quality work is a gem and something that we all should value. A week later I went and had them redo my back bumper that had previously been damaged and they gave me a great price and again, the work was fantastic. They have a life time customer and I will never go anywhere else and I would encourage anyone and everyone to go here for your body work. Thanks again to Jeff Bard and his crew.

Very poor initial experience. We took our vehicle in for an estimate and spent roughly an hour between the dent place they sent us to and here. They talked about everything and promised an estimate. The estimate came and was missing a large number of items including the windshield that needed replaced. We pointed out the missing items and it was once again sent back missing items. We will be taking our business elsewhere due to concerns about their ability to capture issues. It was a waste of our time to go in there to get an estimate. It was your shop so please don't try to discredit us unless you have multiple businesses that send emails from a Merriam Body Shop address. We are not requesting another response from you.

Merriam Auto Body they helped me out of a tight spot. My driverside door would close or open. They did a temporary fix so I could us3 the door until I got it fixed. Thank you guys..

Charlie's Car Wash at 151st & Metcalf ripped the paint off of my right side view mirror head. They refused to pay for it. I went to 3 repair places near my home to get an estimate for me to pay and was ripped off by all three with an outrageous price & wait time. I finally decided to go to Merriam Body Shop where I had great work done many moons ago. Their estimate was perfect for me to pay. AND they worked me in because it was a small job. So grateful for Merriam Body Shop! I highly recommend them!

Everyone was great!! I highly recommend this shop. I really love the ladies in the front, they are wonderful and make you feel like a valued customer. As a woman, we don’t always have that experience at car shops! But the work spoke for itself. I was rear ended by a truck in a parking lot so my minivan had seen better days. Merriam Auto body did a great job of making it look good again and fixing my power lift hatch that stopped working after the collision. With 4 kids, I need that thing to work! Thank you for everything guys!
