Always friendly, usually in under 2 minutes, and out in 10 to 15or so as well. I never even have to get out of my car at all now! They have coupons and a key punch rewards for free oil changes. Great place to go!

Terrible. My son graduated from Ottawa University. I suggested to change oil for the 2,000 km drive home. On the interstate approximately 3 hours north of Kansas City, noise under car and then watched his under car skid plate flying. Went back to get it off the highway and it was completely destroyed. Called this quick oil, change establishment and spoke with the owner manager. Supplied photos of skid plate by my son. His arguement was, this skid plate was never on the vehicle. because we didn’t charge him an extra $10. Next, When I changed the oil prior to him coming to Ottawa last fall, I forgot to put the skid plate back on.. I have over 40 years in the automotive industry. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s one location and when you leave Ottawa, you’re on your own. Taillight warranty. His solution was to drive back and he will look at it and maybe get one from an auto wrecker. That would add an extra day, hotel room and approximately an extra 8-9 hours of drive time including a fuel cost. No matter how I look at this, we will be out money for this. I will have to purchase a new skid plate either new or from an auto wrecker. Just own up to your mistake. When I googled this company, there was another large company in Canada with the exact same business name. I mentioned it to the Canadian company and they will be checking on that . Trademark laws.

can always trust these guys to do it right. got an alignment done this afternoon and couldn't pick it up until I was on my lunch break (kinda put em on a time crunch lol). the guy who was helping me (I didn't get his name directly but I believe it was Jake) told me he didn't have a chance to drive it around and to drop back by if it pulled in any direction which I really appreciated. didn't get a chance to drive it on a highway until after they had closed for the evening but what do you know, straight as an arrow! thanks guys above and beyond service as always
