Crash champions was close to my house very clean and friendly office. I loved the communication by text on how the progress was going. They had to order an extra part but they overnighted it and got my car done and finished in a timely manner. The office even helped to communicate with the people that hit me with payment etc since they wanted to pay privately. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs any body work. Staff is amazing 🤩

We have had a great experience with Scott Schriefer at Crash Champions on Greenwich! They inherited a mess from another body shop who had our car for over six weeks. It was moved to Crash Champions in pieces and parts to be put back together, repaired and painted. But, first they had to put it together like a jigsaw puzzle. The other body shop had us stressed out and were fighting with both insurance companies - our’s and the other guy’s. What a relief to be able to have our car moved. Scott has kept us informed, calmed down our worries and his shop did a great job. They worked well with the insurance companies. We were even able to leave our rental vehicle there when we got our car back. They are waiting on a small part and we will return when it comes in to have it installed. What a pleasure to be driving our car again. We highly recommend Crash Champions Greenwich and Scott.

Of course I’d prefer to never need a body shop again, but if we do Crash Champions will be our first call. Professional and friendly service throughout the process. They went above and beyond to help us out on the day we picked the vehicle up after repairs. We couldn’t get in to pick the vehicle up until right at quitting time. They stayed late and went the extra mile to make sure everything was good to go.

Yes! Adrian came out while I inspecting my car, and went far and beyond my expectations. He whipped my car down when he didn't have to, and he put the new license plate on. My car died, and Adrian along with Shane came out to assist me. Amanda is one of the nicest people I ever met. She chatted with me, and come to find out we know someone from my old job at Heroes Sports Bar and Grill. The customer service is absolutely AMAZING! I want service like that all the time so I'll be back!

We had a small accident with our neighbor hitting the door panel of my car. Was recommended to Crash Champions through our insurance provider and a few other people. Everything from dropping the car, rental, timing and updates ended up being really great. Any miscommunications were handled quickly and efficiently, and our car was well taken care of. From the very moment my car arrived, to the time I picked it up, the entire staff was a dream to work with. Shane has the best of the best employees.
