Wonderful experience didn’t take long great place to go
Courteous, on time and great pricing and communication! They’ve been my go to for years and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Knowledgeable staff, courteous & helpful. Got us what we needed the same day for the first tire (which was amazing, considering we just walked in, having had a minor tire disaster on our trailer). For the second tire, the day after. Absolutely fabulous experience. 100% recommended, & they earned our future tire business for sure!
Brought my VW here for a oil leak 3500.00 4 visits later it still leaks oil The only place in 3 years to change the oil was MCA I’m out of town and needed an oil change appears the drain plug has been stripped out !!! And hence we my oil leak

Jul 24, 2023You might want to double check your records on this one. Your total spent here at Miami County Auto is 2342.65. We show the only time we changed oil on your car was 1-10-22 when it had 101531 miles. The last time it was here on 1-23-23 it had 113314 miles. I would hope your are doing oil changes more than once a year or 12k. Of the times you have visited . 9-10-21 (97172 miles) was 455.94 for spark plugs, ignition coils, and fuel system cleaning. 1-17-22 (101531 miles) for 1702.60 water pump, valve cover gasket, pcv diaphragm, intake manifold gaskets, coolant flush and the only oil change we did. Next time was 3-18-22 (103327 miles) for 62.29 for just a coolant pipe - no labor charge. Followed by the last time 1-13-23 (113314) which was 121.82 for a leaking fuel pump gasket. Had you gave us a phone call we do have a 24 month or 24k mile nation wide warranty as a Napa Auto Care Center to back our repairs and would have been happy to get anything did taken care of for you at no cost.
