Clint and his team are great! They stay busy but communicate very well when any complications or issues arise. I appreciate their work and will continue to rely on these guys for my auto care needs!
Had my Sons car for 9 months parked out back and did nothing to it. Got it to another mechanic primed the fuel pump and it started right up. Also quoted $1,500 for a carbarator and there was nothing wrong wirh it.

Mar 25, 2024Sarah, I told you multiple times that I wasn't interested in working on that car, at all. Especially after you had "worked" on it yourself. Reluctantly, after you asked multiple times, I finally agreed to take a look at it and only because Josh was a close childhood friend, though the contingency would be when I had time. You said that was fine and you were in no hurry at all. You were not quoted $1500 for a carburetor. My recommendation based on our multiple conversations was to remove the stock carburetor, intake manifold, distributor, and replace them with quality, aftermarket components, but only after I had taken time to diagnose it myself. Once again, you agreed that would be the best option to make the car reliable. Not one time did you ever express that you were impatient nor upset about be not having looked at it much, as a matter of fact you stated multiple times that you were in no hurry at all. If you were unhappy, or upset at all, shouldn't you have expressed your concerns to me directly instead of the dodgy way you went about it? I do hope you get the car running reliably, however a negative review is/was uncalled for.

This is my go to repair shop. Clint and his team are so awesome at telling me the problem, how much and how long it's going to take. I don't even live in the area anymore but I trust paola auto care, so I will make the drive. I recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy mechanic.

I have brought my car here several times and have never had a bad experience. They offer great customer service, low prices, competent labor, and high quality parts. I've never had them pressure me to have anything replaced or fixed that isn't absolutely necessary. In fact, I'm usually told something like, "well, such and such will probably need to be replaced sometime, but not yet", or "would you like to replace such and such?" It gives me a chance to plan ahead and budget for my car's upcoming maintenance needs. I appreciate Paola Auto Care for their help keeping my car and my family going. Like any good service provider in any industry they stay busy so plan ahead if possible!

Dropped car off 3 weeks ago and still hasn't been touched. The man is not very personable and a tad rude and off putting.

Mar 25, 2024Keighley, This is false information. There are no vehicles on our lot that have sat for 3 weeks without being touched. In addition, you're not a listed customer in our database, therfore it can only be assumed that this review was meant for somewhere else.
