Called to make an appointment had a previous diagnostic from a different company who wasn’t able to get me in. Completely denied giving me a quote and refused to schedule an appointment to bring my car in. Basically stating don’t bring your car in unless I can charge you with a diagnostic. Would rate 0 stars if I could

This is a baloney hostile reviewer of whom I've never met and calls around to shops and treats them poorly. Likely just from a competitor that has someone call other shops and then rate them poorly... This person called me and demanded a quote on a service that almost NEVER is needed. It was likely he only needed a recalibration and in asking him just one clarifying question, he turned hostile towards me. When I told him we were booked out and I could not help him, his threatened to give this review. Were not obligated to work on somebody's car that calls me and treats us like &%^$! We were actually trying to use our expertise to help and advise this individual. This involves asking a couple questions, sharing some information, perspective, next steps. He would have no part of it. Good luck operating in the world with that AWFUL way of treating other people Mr. Tonjes.

Royal Autowerks LLC is far and above the best customer experience I have had regarding auto repairs. We had a semi-complicated engine repair needed and we were concerned that our previous mechanic couldn't do it. Jason's expertise and service was top notch. Read about Royal Autowerks LLC and look at the variety of cars he works on... Jason is very fair and you can tell he is passionate about cars and customer service.

Jason and his crew at Autowerks are truly the best. The gas gauge on my Audi Q7 stopped working so I took it in to my Audi dealer for Dx and repair. After waiting for 3 hours they told me in order to fix it, the entire fuel tank needed to be replaced and would cost me $5400 as the warranty had expired. I was shocked to say the least yet they gave me no other options or wiggle room on the estimate. I then took my car to Jason for a 2nd opinion (never been here before) He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 10 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! I am so grateful for his honesty, attention to detail and expertise. Their customer service is top notch. I will be coming back for all my car maintenance and repair!

Your situation with the dealer's approach to your problem and their lack of real diagnosis expertise is (unfortunately) typical and ends up costing customers so much money (and would not have even solved your issue).
