I am very disappointed about the service. I left my car there with a tyre pressure leak issue. They told me they fixed the problem which is caused by a metal sheet on the tire. Next day I had the same problem on my tire. It was still leaking. So the problem was not actually fixed. Today I went to service again and this time they told me there was a wire on the tire and fixed it again. I expected not to be charged for this since this should have been identified last week during the first check. But they charged me again. Now I do not believe they are fixing the problems. They only adjust the tyre pressure and give it back to the customer. I am not planning to go Burnett again.

May 11, 2024Bilgehan thank you for the review, I am sorry that you feel this way. I invite you to come back up and we can look at the tire together. There were two separate punctures on two separate days, today's puncture was on the outer shoulder of the tire which was a nail. You can pull up behind the bay and we can show you the evidence of the plug patch The issue was fixed on both occasions. We would never charge you for a tire repair that was not performed and lead you to believe the tire was repaired. I take great offense to this accusation and again invite you to come back up and have a proper discussion about the experience that you had.

Best staff! And amazing quick service. And, price matched my tires for me! My whole family stops by whenever in need and they take good care of my grandma especially. Even drop and pick her up when the car is ready!
