Dale was very helpful and informative! My car was looked at quickly and the problem was found. Since I had a recent oil change, Dale told me to take it back to the place, and I did. It ended up being a “seal leak.” I got it fixed it with no charge. Tried to give Dale some money for helping me figure things out but he wouldn’t accept it. Great guy. Thank you, sir! Will definitely be back soon to get new brakes. Y’all do business with this man!

Dale is the most honest and nicest gentleman I've ever met. I have taken my car there several times. And if something does not need to be done or shouldn't be done, he is straight up and will say so. Most mechanics will tell you the opposite and do unnecessary work just for the money. The last time I went to Dale, I was going through a really rough patch in my life. Living in a domestic violence shelter etc etc. I took my car in to get diagnosed, and the cost was $250, and he ended up not charging me a dlme. Dale, I cannot express how much that meant to me. I'm trying so hard to get back up on my feet. And seems like every time I take one step forward I get stuck three steps back. It's so good to know that there are decent humans still left on this Earth.

We are so happy we have earned your trust, Amy! We don't believe in dishonesty just to make an extra buck. We'd rather be honest and really help our customers since trust is such a big component in the auto industry. We look forward to seeing you next time you need auto service!

the most honest mechanic in all of kansas city. There are two guys i go to for my vehicles. Dale is efficient, honest, fair, straightforward, and a gentleman.

I was in the area, not from here, and my car started acting up. He went on a test drive with me so I could point out when the car acted up. He then told me what the issue was and how to prevent it. I really appreciate him taking the time to look at my car and ensure it was safe for my family to travel home in.

Dale was an excellent and honest mechanic. His quotes are accurate and the service is timely. They make scheduling very easy. I can't recommend Dale's enough. As a young female I always dread going into get work done on my car, but this shop is owned and operated by truly good hearted and qualified people. And if you're lucky and they aren't too busy you might get to see pictures of Dale's adorable alpacas!
