Amazing service. I went down there for tire rotation and wheel balancing. They were welcoming and upfront in tires options. Quality of service is amazing.

Mitch at burnett automotive went out of his way to make my day. I had a problem with locking wheel hubs that he was able to Solve for me. I have been there customer for years.

Got me in quickly. Great, friendly service. (I went 4 vs 5 stars because it seemed spendy! but I'd still use them again for the ease.)

Found a screw in my tire and happened to be in the area of Burnett. So I called and said I didnt Have much time with a few other commitments and Mitch asked me to hold for a moment and came back and said they could take care of it within an hour. That was perfect. Got there within 5 minutes and there were 4 other people in the lobby. I was a bit worried but shortly after I sat down, they were quick to remove my tire and get it into the shop to get it fixed. I was In and out in less than an hour. Thanks Burnett Auto and Mitch for being so helpful.
