I can NOT say enough good things about this place and the gentlemen who work there! They signaled us to drive in, grabbed our information at the window, told us what the total would be. Changed our oil while we stayed in the vehicle and had us out in 8 minutes flat! Such a cool experience! Highly recommended

Fast service for an oil change(15 minutes) or less. Courteous staff. Definitely my new oil change place!

Needed service fast which they were. Twice as fast as the dealership that I normally go to but also twice as expensive. $144 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. It's the hidden charges they you find out about when you get your bill. Drain plug $5. I understand they wear out, ok, but tell me. Skid plate removal $10.00. Really? Most cars 10 years old or newer have these. Why not include that in your $80 oil change or just charge $90? So my estimate before service of $120 jumps to $144 out the door. Big jump for 2 simple services. Hate to see where I'd be if I took their recommendation and replaced my air filters $200? $225? Guess I know why there was no waiting to get in.

The skid plate and drain plug should have been discussed and I am very sorry that did not happen. Absolutely no way we have thrived here for 20 years with “hidden fees”. Only 20% of our customers have skid plates so including that in the cost for everyone doesn’t make sense. Some of those plates have over 15 bolts to remove and replace so $10 is very fair. If your drain plug looks suspect at all we replace it for a one time $5 charge. No charge for future replacements. All of this should have been communicated to you. We have never professed to be your most economical option but definitely your most convenient. I hope you give us another try.

The service was quick and accurate but the customer service was a little lacking when they said they would call back. No return call no call saying that the car was ready to go. Practically waiting half a day for the word to come pick up a car. Otherwise wonderful service.
