can always trust these guys to do it right. got an alignment done this afternoon and couldn't pick it up until I was on my lunch break (kinda put em on a time crunch lol). the guy who was helping me (I didn't get his name directly but I believe it was Jake) told me he didn't have a chance to drive it around and to drop back by if it pulled in any direction which I really appreciated. didn't get a chance to drive it on a highway until after they had closed for the evening but what do you know, straight as an arrow! thanks guys above and beyond service as always

Had a sudden valve stem collapse, and the tire was going flat quick..Got me in immediately, fixed it, in and out in 20 minutes. Awesome service!!!!!

I've been taking my cars here for years. My husband noted they didn't put my skid plate back on and tore something under the car attempting to get around the skid plate. I called and spoke with them and they had absolutely no service recovery. Just excuses. Save your money and go somewhere that will treat their customers right, especially one that has given them thousands of dollars. I won't be back! Easiest way to lose me as a customer is to not recover service when something is wrong. When I said I guess I won't be back, his response was ok. They don't care about their customers!!!!!

I recently purchased new tires from car Care Express service was terrific and Jake recommended a brand of tires that was just right for me. Thank you car care express!!

Don't use this business. My mother has taken her car here for several yrs. When was Valvoline car care and never had an issue. Has changed names and owners and took her car to have the oil changed and they put the drain plug in so tight that I split a socket when went to change her oil for her next time cause had a well deserved road trip coming up. I took it back to have them get the drain plug out that they had put in and charged her $60. Claiming the plug was stripped out even though the the socket was on there well enough it split it. The manager also said he had a hard time believing that they were the last one serviced the car cause of the milage. My mom is 80 yrs old and maybe had went over the 3000 miles recommended but she's 80 yrs old how much wear and tear she putting on the car. The tech also informed the manager that was indeed their brand filter on the car and still charged her $60. I even said just go ahead and change the oil if is that much and costs more then an oil change and wanted to charge another 30 for that and already had the filter and oil lol. Manager is very unprofessional and rude and would not recommend this place under current ownership!

What a great place. Wednesday had my oil changed in & out! Very quick,very professional! Thursday I whipped in to see if they could rotate my tires! Again very professional, polite, quick! Ottawa Kansas this place is awesome!!

Drove right up for an oil change and was in and out in under 15 minutes! Definitely recommend.
