I was told a number of thing with Jake and then when my car was there none of that was done I was disrespected I was talking to a gentleman about my car, and as we were talking the man as seen in the picture above interrupted well we need the money to get your car so if you’re not paying your not getting your car and I said excuse me, sir, but I wasn’t communicating with you. I never said that you wouldn’t get the money but I just want to know where are you? Do you know what I said for you to interest insert yourself into this conversation do you even know what’s going on or what I’m speaking of if you don’t pay you don’t get your car I said OK excuse me sir. Can you tell me your name no response and I said OK, so you inserted yourself into a conversation but now you don’t want to talk “I choose not to talk to you” was what was said when I said, you inserted yourself in a conversation that had nothing to do with you or you weren’t even aware what we were discussing, nor did you apologize for your behavior but now you have nothing to say to me interesting. . He was rude and disrespectful.I think it has to do with multiple factors, but the first to being that I am young and black and a female so you thought it was appropriate to talk to me that way, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this call establishment wasn’t racist based on that event.

Firstly, we have had a complete reorganization and revamp of our body shop and neither individual you mention is in our employ. To the accusation of possible racism or ageism, we would caution you to be very careful in this day and age with saying an organization may have a bias based on age or race without having the facts. Within our organization we have employees that speak 9 different languages, many with English as their second language. We have employees that have been born in 7 different counties, other than the US. More than 80 percent of our employee base is minority or married to minority partners. We employ folks from 17 years old to 80 years old. We pride our self on our multiculturalism and length of service of these employees. A search of our records, do not indicate the tone of conversations you mention, but we are sorry if it did happen. Plus we are sorry you feel the need to allege us of this behavior after your interaction will us. We will refocus our energies to make sure we treat everyone as a valued Adams Toyota customer.

Unbelievably terrible service. My daughter's car was hit & run less than 2 months after she bought car from Adam's Toyota. Their collision service overpromised & way underdelivered. Took nearly 2 months to get her car back & still dealing with rattle & wind noise... brand new car!! Reflects not only on repair shop but dealership as wellp

Cynthia Moran Thank you for taking the time to send in a review for your daughter’s experience with our body shop. We take all reviews seriously and use every one for training and upgrade purposes. While we apologize for the amount of time it took to get your vehicle through the body shop and repair process. As we look through the time and work repair orders. We see a plurality of the actual time spent, was on repair supplements, permissions to order the parts, waiting on parts arrival, all before actually doing the repair. It would seem we did not communicate the circumstances to you, or the actual owner of the vehicle clearly. If there is still a rattle and wind noise, and we can duplicate the problem. We are way more than happy to fix and repair that problem. Maybe, we need to test drive the vehicle with the actual owner in it, to help duplicate the problem.
