I was extremely disappointed with the repair shop this time around. They had done such a superb job on my previous vehicle. This time it took almost 8 months with me constantly calling, and going by the shop. All the unnecessary lies from Jake and Kevin, made everything very frustrating.

I went here in hopes of having my front bumper changed, I was in an accident, a minor one and I was told by Jake that it would be an easy fix, just painting and changing the bumper and that my car would be in and out and the only thing I would have to wait on is parts so I sent him my quote the very same day. It turns out Jake left and there was no communication from this shop that he left so I called after a few weeks after not hearing anything back after emailing my quote, I was told the parts would be ordered and that Kevin would take care of me since Jake left and that was that, again gave them another few weeks to hear back and nothing so I called and asked how long it would be until I could take my car since I hadn’t heard in weeks, they said bring it in next week so I did, I brought it in and wasn’t told a date as to when my vehicle would be ready but I figured it’d only be a few days like I was initially told, I called a week later and was told it’d be ready in another week because the mechanic was out of town but they did NOT mention this when I was told to bring my car in, I got agitated but agreed to let it stay, I then called the following week on the day they said it would be ready just to be told it’d be a few more days and that they needed my quote when I had sent it almost two months prior to taking my car in, I also found out that no parts were ordered and my car sat in this shop for two weeks!!! And my rental was only covered for a few days, the few days this shop told me it would take to get my car ready! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place, all communication that took place was because I initiated, they NEVER once contacted me! EDIT: was never contacted and also was never informed on the solutions they were making to make this right? I ended up picking up my car after leaving it there for two weeks and didn’t even get an apology, just my keys and they left it at that.

We waited to respond, since you have called and talked to senior management here about the problem and knew there were solutions coming. We didn’t have a solution to share with you until now. These reviews and inquires plus others have allowed us to completely change the management and procedures at the body shop. The new procedures, management and estimating crew just now has taken hold and is working to get all prior problems fixed to everyone’s satisfaction. We acknowledge we owe you a lot and will work as soon as we can to get the department right in order to serve you. We don’t want to bring you back in until we can do the work right and on time. This dealership body shop office has had a Major transformation. The incompetent office staff has been replaced with seasoned veterans of the Autobody Collision Business. Mark Potter has taken over as the Bodyshop manager. He has many years in the auto repair industry as a writer and manager. He is skilled in customer service and operations. Jesse Salazar has taken over as the Estimator and Production manager. He has been in the Collision repair industry for multiple decades. He has worked as an Insurance Adjuster for a few Insurance companies. So he knows the processes and requirements to move claims forward. He is skilled in Minor and Hard hit collision repair with extensive training in Repair Methodology to return vehicles to Pre-Accident condition. With the new changes in this shop. Production has increased and the quality of repairs is now at industry standards. Customer service is our number one goal.
