I love to support a small business. I appreciate that I can make appointments online, since I always forget when they are open. I also appreciate that there are set appointments, instead of drop off for the whole day for just an oil change (like other places). Very reasonably priced.

This is a reliable, independently-run shop with mechanics who are probably as well-trained as those working for dealers. I've never had a bad experience here. The prices seemed fair and below what the dealer wanted, when I sought competitive quotes. I am returning to this shop for my next major issue with my older Lexus.

Anderson Automotive is the best locally, in the KC Area, and probably Nationwide. Patrick and his team are second to none. The customer service and quality of work sets them leaps and bounds from anywhere else. From the service writers and technicians down to the shuttle driver all are the absolute best. Leadership starts at the top and this shop is led by some outstanding individuals. Anderson Automotive not only excels at their crafts but are genuinely great people. They take pride in everything they do and you’re fully taken care of the second you walk in the door. If you’re needing anything from an oil change to a major repair there’s only one shop to go to and that’s Anderson Automotive. Where car maintenance can be disheartening they’re putting smiles on people’s faces. Keep up the awesome work Anderson Automotive.

Anderson automotive was amazingly professional!! I had previously taken my truck to a local dealership and they had made several mistakes in diagnosis and eventually jumped to an incorrect and very expensive conclusion. At Anderson they did a very thorough investigation to actually see what the issue was that my truck was having. They communicated with me throughout the whole experience via phonies and messaging. The shop is 25min away from, which isn’t very close, but I’ll definitely be taking our vehicles back there in the future!

Fantastic company! I had my 2017 Forester serviced November 2023 at a great price (transmission fluid, front and rear differential oil, brake fluid, and oil change). The service was top notch and when they did not have a tool necessary to access the rear differential they called and were up front about the situation and completed the work the next day. Integrity and doing all the work you say you will do with automotive is exactly what I want.

We were very pleased with the level of professionalism and service we received at Anderson. I especially appreciated the “on the fly” updates that were conveniently sent to my cell phone so I knew the status of the repairs and when the job was completely finished. In addition, reviewing the estimate and approving the work to be completed was a simple process which was an added bonus. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We certainly plan to return…just hopefully not too soon! :)
