I needed tires and alignment on my car called Mike and he squeezed me in before I had to fly out the next week. He also finished when he said he was going to be finished, its hard to find mechanics who do that anymore. Feels like a brand new car! Thanks Mike for the great job!

As they say it’s hard to find an honest mechanic. I found one and it’s Mike. Does a great job and helped me in a bind more than a few times. Highly recommend and can use me as a reference anytime needed.

They are nice and polite, but we kept getting kicked off the schedule so they could go after bigger or better projects. They committed to a Scheduled Date twice and we got bumped both times....super frustrating....makes us feel small and insignificant. They probably do great work, but our experience was frustrating given that we made plans around the scheduled work dates.

May 25, 2023We apologize for having to push you out. It's not that we have new customers cars that we have gotten in and then pushed your car out. Its the cars that we have already on our schedule that have delays on. We are booked out 3 months right now as it is but we try to get in fast in and out repairs as much as we can but sometimes when we try to accommodate some cars, they end up needing more than we expect once we start to work on them. We have alot of big Insurance jobs that are hard hits. When that happens, we have so many variables that come into play. Things like rental cars, parts delays and weather. Weather comes into play because we have cars with no doors or glass. If your car has been pushed back it's because your car is still drivable. The other cars we have going on right now can't drive. Since they can't drive, we can't move them out either to make room for other cars. Unfortunately it's the same way with all body shops. When we have a car planned to be done within 2-3 weeks, parts delays can make it go out as far as 2-3 months. Is your car the red wagon that needs the door latches? Please let us know.
I went in for battery replacement and the owners mike and his wife took care of me like family. Their customer service is top notch. This was my third time there because I trust their service. I highly recommend anyone to go in for all your car needs!
