Customer service was highly disrespectful and degrading, click their online ad which stated a leaf spring for a lil over $249 ( great deal right!) With FREE SHIPPING. go to make the purchase $98 general shipping. Called customer service to inquire. Was cut off told I was wrong. " oh no that's not us maybe someone else we don't have free shipping" as I was legit looking at the Google search. Do not buy from them!

Aug 24, 2023Hey Tyler, Apologize if someone cut you off. We've never offered free shipping on leaf springs due to their weight and size. We've never ran any ads advertising free shipping on something we don't offer free shipping for. I looked at our google ads and they say, "Get it by a certain Date" but nothing about free. I did see some other companies with ads next to ours selling leaf springs at 2 to 3 times the price of ours with free shipping so it looks like they're including shipping in the price of the spring. You're the first person we've heard this from but we do have a professional company run our adwords so maybe they put something there we aren't aware of. If so I'll take it up with them but I can't find what you're talking about while searching. If you could email a screenshot to support@generalspring.com we'll definitely take a look as we'll never promise something we can't deliver. Apologize for any confusion and would like to come up with a resolution for you.

Excellent customer service! Specific questions about the parts I needed were answered quickly and accurately via chat. Parts arrived quickly and in perfect order. I installed the new front and rear springs and left the next day on a 2000 mile road trip. I love how the truck rides now and I am really happy that I went with the upgraded leafs to be able to carry more weight.

Buy your leaf springs from somewhere else. I purchased a leaf spring almost 2 months ago. They sent me the wrong one and proceeded to tell me I have to ship my spring to another customer. And they will ship me mine. This is very unprofessional and horrible customer service
Bought a set for my 1962 gallaxie 500. Perfect fit raised my car 5 inches and rides great. Very nice people to work with
Great people to work with. I had a few questions I could not answer for myself on the web sight. I gave them a call and they were kind enough to answer all of my questions. When I got the springs you could see the difference between them and a aftermarket set I had from e-bay. They were both for a dodge 2500 4X4 diesel, however these were beefier and better painted. When we put them in the truck you could see the front end come back to where it belonged as the old springs had sagged over time. They took out the problem of lane change every time you hit a bump pulling a trailer. Cant be happier and I am planning on putting a set in my other truck this fall. Kory
