Horrible Customer service, out of network with most insurance companies for a reason. Additionally word in local community is that employees are denied livable wages. Note to former employees. If I was fired by this employer I would file an EEOC complaint that day (you have up to 180 days by law, but file the day they let you go.) The EEOC is great and they handle all the legal stuff and investigations for you, so you file, work with em, and the employer, if found to be in violation (they will be, as a lot employers in small towns have god complexes so they skirt labor law all the time thinking they will never be held accountable)
Had an original windshield replaced, it now rattles and has a high pitched squeal. Also broke a piece of molding. And tried to say it was already broke. I went back once to have that molding replaced and it’s now missing again. Wouldn’t trust this place! There’s a reason my insurance company had them out of network. Hard lesson learned. Terry’s customer service is terrible he’s rude, condescending and impossible to work with.
Grant is fantastic at everything he does! I use Fine Line Finish for everything from window motors, windshields, paint correction, touch ups, collision repair, full bumper replacements, etc. Always works with me and gets me in fast. Top quality work from a great guy.
