Bk and his team did a great job on 2024 stingray

I came here with my partner, because he needed his rear rotors fixed on his impala. The owner was worried about his safety and told him he couldn't in good conscience let him drive away. Thank God he talked some sense, explained how severe the damage was and cared for our well-being. It got fixed in less than a day and now we're driving in a safer vehicle. Definitely will take my car here in the future.

Called to ask for a simple quote on a brake line and brake sensor. Was told they do no quotes without an inspection. It wouldn’t have mattered how much it cost but the person I spoke with was speaking to me like I’m an idiot and child. The shop down the road gave me a simple quote and it doesn’t matter if it costs twice as much as the quote is. I’m going through the door. Would not recommend anybody do business with a shop that treats its customers like they don’t know anything. He had the audacity to say “good luck” hanging up the phone, when it took me 3 minutes to call one more shop.

I called asking for a quote on getting work done on my car. They didn't even ask me what I needed a quote on which was I needed a new tail light cover and 2 lights on my driver's side needed to be replaced one needs to be popped back into place. I was quoted 139 for a diagnostic and when I told them I know what's wrong the guy said if you know what's wrong you would fix is by yourself. Horrible service for a possible new customer. Will never use this mechanic

I got a flat tire and I brought my car in to get a new tire. BK tried to charge me $250 then lowered it to $210 and when my boyfriend asked why it was so much he explained. Once I said I was just going to tow my car he said “Waste of my time. They need food stamps.” I immediately told him to not work on my car and left. Rude and a scammer.
