Clean. Caring. Professional. Every one of them had the 'bedside manners' you wish you could still get in hospitals - but they're mechanics! Above & beyond. You don't know how much I needed the kindness. "It was just an oil change.' No, it did more for me than for my vehicle. Thank you for the much needed 'Light."

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. My car got done in a timely manner. There was one set back and they kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on. They definitely are people who want to take care of their customers. I have a great experience everytime I take my car into them.

I have had my oil changed here at Crossroads many times, as well as had other work done on both of my cars. They always do an amazing job! You can definitely trust them to take good care of you. They're also some of the most kind and honest people you'll ever meet🤍 If you're having troubles with your vehicle, I would highly recommend taking it to Crossroads Automotive! Also, if you need to wait on your car, their waiting room as very nice 😏👌
