Was told by Kia that my left front tie rod was broke but my front right tire kept going bald. Came to Padron to get my tie rod fixed and an alignment. With the inspection done they discovered my tie rod was not broke and I just needed an alignment. They also hooked me up with an oil change, coolant top off and windshield washer fluid top off. They also provide pictures of the alignment process which is amazing for a girl!

"I am so angry at these people. They told me that I needed a new engine and a water pump, which cost me $9,000. However, it turned out that I didn't actually need these repairs. On top of that, they tried to convince me to get a title loan. In the end, I went to Bridge Kia and was able to get the repairs done for only $2,000."

First and foremost, I like to start with the fact that I personally do not like other people working on my car. However, I've picked up a lot of people from the shop, and I've always heard good things. There I needed a few wheel studs and a hub replaced on the vehicle. I use my car for business purposes, and the turnaround time for work being completed is very important to me. I was able to get my car in the shop and out of the shop the same day. The work was phenomenal. The owner Mr. Dasher very well spoken and understanding individual. I was able to help me sort out the financing for it and get the job done with minimal out-of-pocket expense to myself. Highly recommended and you can't go wrong going here.

Water pump failed on my Taurus and I was not that far from Padrin. Coasted in on Friday and my car was finished Monday. Good service professionally done
