Not sure how they have a good rating, after contacting them to do a job on a pickup I took it down the day they said to bring it and they would get started on it, one month later it was still outside right where I left it. Even told them I did not want it out in the weather due to the Windshield leaking but yet it got rained and snowed on and had water damage on my dash. I wouldn't trust what they say or do. Tried numerous times to contact them, leaving messages but not once did I receive a phone call back. Not sure how you can do business without answering a phone let alone being around. AVOID this place. They apparently wasted my time and fuel to drop off and retrieve my vehicle without any work performed!!!
I had a noise coming from under my Jeep. I couldn't tell if it was front or rear differential. Matt was in the office when I opened the door. I asked if they had time to look at it, and they were slammed with work. I explained that I was heading east to see my parents. Matt said, "Pull it around." He removed the front drive shaft. I offered to pay for his shop time, and he refused. Unfortunately, it was the rear differential broken teeth on the ring gear. Highly recommend Price repair Shop!
