My sister was driving back to TX with my niece. She asked Goodyear to look at one of her vehicles because the tire pressure warning light came on in the car. The shop replaced all 4 tires immediately so that they could make the drive home to TX that day as planned. Amazing service in a rush situation!

Went in for an alignment on my car, it tracked perfectly straight before I brought it in. just needed the toe aligned… nothing else. It was after they closed before I realized my steering wheel is no longer centered and my car pulls hard to the right now. Not at all happy with good year right now. For $135 this is ridiculous.
I have used this shop several times now and everything has been very satisfactory.

After buying 2 sets of tires here, I can't say this is an auto shop that cares about its customers. On my first purchase they only had 3 tires in stock, not all 4. I was told they'd have it tomorrow.... and then 2 days later they finally found the correct size tire. When I had a tire going flat, they couldn't help me. They aired it up and said I needed to find another shop to repair it. I was left out in the cold w/ an unrepaired tire. Nothing at this shop inspires any form of loyalty to Goodyear.
