**Beware of Firestone on 115th & Metcalf! A Disheartening Disappointment!** I trusted Firestone on 115th & Metcalf with two cars, purchasing lifetime alignments costing over $400, expecting professionalism and expertise. Instead, I encountered a nightmare. My Ford F150 came back with a broken column shifter end cap—reported but ignored by the manager. The situation with my Lexus was even worse; it was so poorly aligned, it felt unsafe to drive. This blatant disregard for quality and safety is unacceptable, especially since my disabled mother relies on the Lexus for mobility. Thinking about individuals who can’t advocate for themselves dealing with such negligence fills me with dread. What if my mother had to handle this on her own? The incompetence extended further when a VSC alert appeared post-service on the Lexus, an issue absent before their intervention. This ordeal wasn’t just about alignments; it was about trust shattered by a shop I thought was reputable. Costly recommendations for unnecessary repairs and a lack of accountability from the staff have convinced me that this place prioritizes profit over integrity. I urge everyone to steer clear of this location. The potential risk to your vehicle and the frustration of dealing with their subpar service is simply not worth it. I am still awaiting a resolution from the regional manager, but it’s been over a week since I reached out and I haven’t heard anything yet. Take your car elsewhere—anywhere but here!

Not the friendly place I have been to,all in bay area
Paid attention to our needs. My daughter new something was wrong with her car and went to this location. Very courteous and helpful Only issue I'd you cannot wait for your car so she had to uber home. You guys need a waiting area! Otherwise great service.
Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. Technicians were late to work. Took 2 days to get an appointment for a low tire.
Went here because my check engine light was on and my car stalled. They listened to all my concerns got me in asap and got to the problem immediately. They were very upfront about pricing with me. They even informed me of some future problems that I should be on the lookout for and gave me an estimate on price for it!! Overnighted my parts and got it done!! Would 10/10 show up again!! These gentlemen rock 👍🏻
I came to Firestone because my check engine light was on. I was initially told this was due to the mass air flow sensor needing to be replaced. I approved the replacement and paid over $500 for this to be completed. I picked up my car that next day and the check engine light was still on as soon as I got in the car. I returned to the store within 1 hour where they replaced the same sensor again. We repeated this process 4 more times within 5 days. The staff later wrote off my concerns saying I just "needed to drive around" and "the car would recalibrate". After the 5th visit, I left with my check engine light still on, and my car performing WORSE. I went to get a second opinion from the dealership because clearly the MAF sensor was not the problem. Turns out, pcv port was leaking air into the fuel system causing it to become lean. After 5 visits to Firestone, they confirmed each time my pcv port, etc. was not the problem. Once the dealership replaced the pcv, my check engine light has remained off and my car runs wonderfully. I reached out to Firestone to request a refund for the poor quality of service I received as this visit was not cheap. I was denied because "the service I paid for was the service performed". I do not recommend this location for anything other than filling up your tires.
