Great as always. Needed to get 13 year old truck ready for a 4,000 mile journey and had a front end rattle over bumps. Dale and Ron's was able to isolate and fix at a reasonable cost. 1,500 miles into the journey and the truck is running perfectly.

Inside door handle for the drivers door wasn’t working. Called to set up an appointment and they mentioned rolling down the window and opening it from the outside inside of crawling out the passenger door. I felt like an idiot but did the recommendation until it got fixed. Service is awesome.

I decided to go to Dale & Ron's for my oil change based on other reviews and I'm so glad I did! Sometimes it feels like auto shops are trying to get you to pay for things you don't need or don't bother explaining things to you (I notice this especially as a woman), but I never once felt that way at Dale & Ron's. Not only was it very affordable, they also took the time to tell me everything they did to my car and gave an explanation about why they did those things. I definitely will be using them for future work and I cannot recommend them enough!

Dale and Ron's Auto Service is great. I never question if they are giving me an honest evaluation of work needed. If my car needs something they don't do, they recommend or warn me about companies from which to steer clear. Also, I appreciate that they have some female mechanics.

My car was sadly DOA. But Rick charged me as little as possible for initial triage, and was most helpful in working with the salvage co. to arrange turnover. He was courteous and pleasant. I'll be back once I get wheels again!

Took my car in because the steering wheel was shaking so bad I had not driven it for quite a while because of a broken wrist. Rick told me all I needed was new tires he was exactly right the new tires stopped the shaking. I will definitely be going in late April early May to get an estimate on my air conditioner. Rick did not charge me which I thought was very kind. That's very rare for people nowadays.

I needed my engine replaced and called numerous auto repair shops. They quoted the best price using a top of the line engine. The work was excellent. I found a reliable repair shop to take my car from now on.

The folks at Dale and Ron’s have helped us out a couple of times now, once for a burned out turn signal, and this latest time to fix rodent-chewed wiring. Both times their service has been efficient and fast, their staff very friendly, and their prices are more than fair. We will definitely be back the next time we need to have a vehicle serviced!
