I was told to arrive at 4 p.m. I waited well after scheduled time. Charly didn't call me until after 5:30 p.m. when I was already home. When calling and texting they refused to tell me what their offer was. Claimed offer would be dependent on what vehicle I would be purchasing. Sales tactics seemed shady at best. Avoid this place at all costs. Much better dealerships in Manhattan.
Best experience I’ve ever had in a dealership. Dexter was an amazing sales rep and will look forward to working with him in the future!!

They diagnosed my pickup with no issues. The problem was much easier than I thought and they spent more time trying to find the cause than they charged me for. My issue was simply a bad fuse and they gave me an extra in case it happens again. They were also able to fit me in way quicker than auto places in neighboring towns.
Greatest place ever. Bought my vehicle with no issues and they are working well with me.
