My drain plug wasn't tightened enough and I had oil leaking for weeks until I check my dip stick after hearing my engine rattle, burning hot and next to no oil in it. I talked to the manager and they fixed the problem. But I did have bad anxiety, happy for the help but my review remains here. Update still losing oil. They did the job too quick, thank you.

My daughter got her oil change there in December 2023 she just noticed a puddle of oil where she parks at home checked her oil and it was at the tip , she called them just to ask what brand of oil they put in so she could top it off and get it fixed they didn't know what brand just that it was full synthetic,,took it to a friend's house on inspection the ugly was loose and ready to fall off she will never be using them again , they didn't even offer to fix the problem ,,I would like to note she was planning a 800 mile trip to Texas for Christmas I could only imagine if the plug would have fell out

These people are extremely rude to customers and even to their neighbors, Scooters. Every time I have gone through they have had cones or even a vehicle really close to the coffee shop so customers can’t turn around the building. I do not recommend going there at all. I have heard the boss yelling at his employees multiple times. Imagine what they can do to your vehicle!

I noticed a oild spot under my car, so I checked the dip stick to see if it was low and it was though it was odd because my car is fairly new. So I crawled under my car and sure enough the plastic cover over the plug was cover in oil, and along further investigating the oil plug was extremely loose and on the verge of falling out. I have done my last 2 oil changes here excepting them to know what they are doing, that could have ruined my car.. definitely won't be coming here for oil changes again.

The manager is rude and probably shouldn't be in charge. Customer service sucks. 1 star is honestly to much.

I stopped in for help because my car was overheating. Instead of making me feel inferior, as some places do, the team here was so professional and helpful and even explained what other issues may arise if it wasn't only a lack of coolant. They had me wait and explained what to do before I left. They also explained different parts under the hood so I understood more about what was going on. I know this may seem like a small issue, but it really gave me peace of mind to know I didn't have to worry and that they took care of it. Thank you so much.

Took my vehicle there for an oil change in on Friday, February 2, 2024 with "low tire pressure" icon lit on the dashboard and afterwards my receipt said the tire was "adjusted to PSI -35/35" but the light was still on. I drove to a nearby gas station and spent $.50 to air up my tire to PSI 40 and the light went off. I would had thought paying good money would had resolved something as simple as added air.

My husband took my car here for an oil change, cabin air filter and intake filter. They left the stuff out didn’t even putting it back. Now it’s making a squeaking noise. Never again. It’s also overpriced.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter got her oil changed today and now has oil all over her engine and the ground below it. Not good service because now she can't use her truck until it can be repaired and needs to take time off work to get it taken care of! While she was there waiting on her truck, another customer was complaining his drain plug was not put back in correctly and had to call the police to get his vehicle taken care of.
