If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter got her oil changed today and now has oil all over her engine and the ground below it. Not good service because now she can't use her truck until it can be repaired and needs to take time off work to get it taken care of! While she was there waiting on her truck, another customer was complaining his drain plug was not put back in correctly and had to call the police to get his vehicle taken care of.

They hand tightened my drain plug when they changed oil. Luckily I caught it before it blew my engine up.

Never again here these kids they just playing they take a long time i was here since 8 when they open,just to do the oil change and rotation took them almost 2 hrs ive been watching then through the windows they just playing like they dont know what to do and i talk to the manager of course he just said they busy,NEVER AGAIN, and i told them to rotate my tires but they didnt fix it .dont ever bring your car to those kids there

Don't trust a guy who is petty enough to park a hearse outside the business just to keep customers from driving through their parking lot to the local coffee shop. If they're willing to stoop so low against their neighbors what would they do to someone's car??
