Great customer service and honest staff
I requested a remote windshield replacement 2 weeks in advance. The tech showed up almost an hour late. He started working and was disappointed that my wife wouldn’t help with the repairs while managing 4 kids. The main office had him stop working and leave because they didn’t want to send a second tech to assist after he had already begun ripping my vehicle apart. I’m calling Safelite.
Every spring season Interstate Glass trades out our home deck windows with screens and vice versa in the fall. The team that comes to do this is always great to work with, efficient, and polite. Also, much appreciation to Rob for working with us on screen repairs from summer storms. Much thanks to a business that places customer service as a high priority.
Needed a few chips in my windshield repaired. They were able to get me in the same day I called. They were fast and did a great job!
