Shaun was very rude and unprofessional because we were with a rental car and claimed enterprise was their client and we weren’t his problem. Shaun stared us down and said “I don’t need to explain to you as enterprise is my customer not you” and complained that he should’ve been home already. Terrible service, and Shaun had been one of the worst “reps” I’ve dealt with

I went in for a diagnostic to get my power steering checked. The original price of the diagnostic was $56 which they ended up raising in to $78. Then proceed to tell me that the problems my car has will cost around $3000 to fix. Keep in mind The guy behind the counter get paid off commission so that alone will get the prices hiked. I would say shop around because this place is after your money and the technicians don’t know how to properly diagnose a car. The mechanic I ended up going to worked at this place for years and has even said they’re scam artists that are just money hungry. Save your self some money and go to reputable places that are honest.

Do not give this place your business. My tires were shipped to the wrong location and the man working the register tried to charge me $160 (after starting my appointment half an hour late) because they took my old tires off without first making sure the new ones were there. When I politely asked about the charge he told me to “leave and never come back”. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this business as long as that individual is working there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Do not bring your business here. This is a terrible Firestone location. They have messed something up all three times I brought my vehicle here, from losing an engine cover to not being able to replace a gas cap properly. Most recently, they decided to close over an hour early before a holiday, without any warning, resulting in me not being able to pick my vehicle up on time.

Went for an oil change. The staff was nice but they left a filter loose. Drove from Kansas to Virginia. Engine light came on when I was 4 hours away from my destination. Checked oil level and it was empty. A total of 7 quarts was put in just so I can make it home. Had to improvise seeing that it was late at night and nothing was open. Took it to a Firestone here in Virginia and they charged me for fixing an issue another Firestone made. 🙄😒

I called and set up an appointment well over a week in advance and had them confirm the appointment date and time when I called. I set up the appointment for tie rod and ball joint inspection and to get an alignment done since I already knew that the tie rods were needing replaced and an alignment would be needed and I already had the lifetime alignment plan for my truck. Get to the store to check in for my appointment time at 9:00 a.m. yesterday and they didn’t have me in their appointment system. Fast forward to today, over 30 hours of them having my truck, called to check on the status and they said they completed the inspection yesterday and that they were waiting for me to approve repairs. No one called me yesterday or today to say that the inspection was completed and what repairs were suggested. It took me calling them to check on the status, for things to get moving forward. This isn’t the first time having an appointment issue either. My suggestion is to go in there and babysit them setting up your appointment so that there is no excuse for this. Also call them if you feel an unreasonable amount of time has passed for what work is to be done. My final suggestion is to find somewhere else to do business. The service and staff here used to be great, until the last couple of years. After this debacle, it’s highly unlikely that I’ll be going back there anytime soon.

Great place. Everyone was very friendly, shop is very clean and they keep you informed; communication between mechanics and the guy in the shop is impressive. Took my Jeep in with a nail in the tire to get s patch, they were unable to fix it but did change it out with my spare and didn’t charge me. I was prepared to pay and was very surprised. Thanks again! Great customer service.

First, they didn't call to reschedule our appointment, they waited until we came all the way into the shop and then scheduled for 2 days later. When appointment time came for the AC, instead of seeing the car model and saying they didn't have the equipment to work on this car, they waited until my spouse called SIX hours later (after the scheduled appointment time/drop off of the vehicle that was needed asap) to finally even look at the car and say sorry, we can't do anything, go somewhere else. The management was also extremely rude and failed to see any reason they were in the wrong. I will NEVER give my money to this shop. Do not waste your time or dignity.
