Things went really good. The first time I showed up today I came back. There was a different guy working. The first guy told me it'd be a couple hours. I asked him if I could bring it back in a couple hours so I could go back to doing what I was doing. I did such and now I'm told it's going to be another couple hours by a different guy

Went in for a Oil change and humming sound when driving. Was told I needed new back breaks and new tires. The quote for everything was 1500. I chose to have the tires done somewhere else but got the rest fixed. When I picked up my car I was told everything looked good and the only sound left was from the tires. I went and got a brand new set of tires, but the original humming noise (what they said was the tires) was still very present) They completely over looked a bad wheel bearing. Will not be coming back, they were a waste of money.

I never showed up for my appointment because the price quote was outrageous for an AC compressor replacement. I was quoted $1800 over the phone. The 3 mechanics I spoke to prior to calling Firestone quoted between $800-$1100 for the same service. It seems people get duped into paying for the name of the place.

I brought my car in because of vibration while driving and play in the driverside tie rod. They told me that the tie rod was fine (it wasn't) and tried to sell me a cv axle replacement on the passenger side that has nothing wrong with it. They attempted rip me off by trying to sell me something I didn't need and still did an alignment on a bad tie rod

Didn't see the price of oil and filter change online. It was shocking to hear $140 for an oil change. Synthetic oil for 5qt is like $20. You guy charge $100 that's crazy. If I would've known that I never would of scheduled it!

It was a good time, I scheduled my appointment online, took my vehicle in and they told what the weird noise was and how long it would take to fix it. Once that was done I paid and drove off. I got what I expected
Very bad c Customer service. Very rude. My car sat there all day didn’t know any thing about it. Don’t they have computer to look at. I had a appointment on Wednesday and at 230 it was still sitting out side my husband told me come get my car. I will never go back to junction city fire stone. What kind of people do you have working there. That threated. A older man. That BS.

Took my wife’s car in and had them look at it on the June 6 I was told that it needed sway bar link kit. My wife went in that Saturday made a appointment for June 15 was told 8am dropped car off June 14 car sat out front all day I called 11:40 to check on it they said they would get it next. 2 hours later still out front I went in and asked about my car and I said don’t bull…. Me to the person behind the counter he stated that he would whoop my a.. and throw me the f… out along with he calling me a old man their was 4 or5 people in the waiting area he then stated I don’t have to work on your car I asked for the key and left waisted the whole day bad very badc customer service

Had my oil change done here. Made an appointment for noon last week. When I walked into the lobby, there was no one upfront for roughly 30 minutes. While the manager was hiding in his office watching movies. Had to wonder back into the maintenance bay to find someone that was able to help me. Waited an hour and a half to get my oil change done. If you’re time is valuable to you, I would not recommend this Firestone as far as customer service goes. I think the manager and employees definitely need to be held accountable for their lack of expertise and customer service. I have been to about 10 different firestones in my life. This Firestone is by far the worst. If only I could give negative stars. Like I said, the employees and manager need to be held accountable by someone for their lack of customer service and expertise.
“ATTENTION SOLDIERS” do not go here this place should be blacklisted hopefully it will be soon, situation has been reported to GCDR & GCSM do yourself a favor and go to Midas in Manhattan or the dealership of whatever vehicle you have. Firestone fails to realize some of us had civilian jobs before the Military and know what we are talking about it’s just a matter of time before this location and the one on post is shut down they have no integrity. (Hate I had to even give them 1 star they don’t even deserve that much)
