Still have problems.. THEY STILL HAVE NOT FINISHED THE JOB. CHARGE ME FOR FREON . DIDN'T GET IT.. CALLED ..THEY wont answer back feel like I got RIP off . I WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THEM .

Guy was busy, and feel he did good work, but was questionable when I first checked on getting apt, and he said he can't get anything done, cuz he has to answer phone too much. I'm sorry, but needed to inquire on job. Maybe someone to answer phone? Or answering machine so can get back to us when able? On pick up, was more friendly, but maybe just cause had paid a HEALTHY amount of money.?!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I will be going back here for all my automotive needs. Integrity can be hard to find this day and age. And this place has it. I am so thankful for the person who told me about them. I hate dealing w/ car issues. It is expensive, stressful. And generally places make it so difficult. (Never wanting to give estimates on the phone, talk to me like I am an idiot) But this place was amazing from start to finish. They were so patient and helpful over the phone. They were able to give me an estimate and even got me in the very next day for my brakes. (Thankfully because they were truly horrible). There were no surprise upcharges either... Actually, they worked really hard to make sure of that. Other places would have just given up and had me replace the other part. They were able to save me several hundred dollars. They are so friendly and helpful. I wish I had known about them before. I got my oil change at a place that charged me more than double what they would have done it here. I will never go anywhere else for anything. Thank you Trudo's!

Had a no start condition on my 1995 F150. Called me promptly and gave me options on repair, I like that the tech doing repair talks to you. Got the work done in one day. Decided to have them check my A/C, again they called promptly. Got it going in one day. Reasonably priced and up front about repairs needed. Have used other shops in the area but not satisfied.Trudo's will be my go-to from now on

Victor came and towed our car to the shop and fixed it within a hour. Excellent trustworthy shop.
