I broke down on my way home to Nebraska from Texas and they squeezed me in and got me back on the road in about 2 hours.
If I could give them Zero stars I would... They kept my car for a Freaking Month. They said it was the computer which they had replaced it just a few months before. One mechanic said that it was just a wire and after keeping for a month they ended up not charging me but they charged me over $2,000 for brakes, computer replaced, and ac freon added. It still doesn't run quite right and I started having a problem with the brakes when I was at a stop in a drive thru. They stopped working for a moment and my car grinded and jumped forward and almost hit the car in front of us. I don't want to take it back to them. Instead I will take it to Ronnie Meirs on S Broadway because I know he can be Trusted unlike Trudos where the owner takes a vacation every few months.
Stand behind all their work! Get stuff done when they say it will be. Friendly and helpful.

Great service. My car had flooded, engine was totaled and I just got my car a couple months before. Trudos really helped get my frustrations resolved and gave me reasonable pricing for such a job. I had to get my engine replaced but they tried to fix the problem before to see if I could save it. Victor was always in contact and letting me know updates, their staff was very helpful and respectful and my overall experience was great!
If your needing a shop that listens to everything going on with your car and goes above and beyond Trudos is the place. I had a very difficult time with my car this year and they were able to fix it. Victor was super helpful and generous and I definitely can’t thank them enough. Victor is definitely the person to talk too about your car.
